Adele reaches out to fans following show postponement announcement

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Adele gave some disappointed fans a once-in-a-lifetime treat- a personal video call.

The singer was supposed to start a series of concerts here starting January 21 but postponed them due to COVID-19 related problems.

The short notice upset some fans, including James Mason Fox, who said he flew in from Nashville for the show.

Fox vented on Tik Tok about the situation and surprisingly got a response from her verified Instagram account that told him to get to a merch shop in Caesars Palace.

Shortly after that, one of Adele's employees held up a phone with Adele on the other end, with the whole interaction being caught on camera.
